I would like to see a management actually train they're lower management. Eyewitness mini key managers being unfriendly unnecessarily. After all, the customers are a paycheck. But why not be nice. As Ralph's employees we know the shopping experience is extremely important. My store needs an attitude

I I have work for Ralph's for 32 years. Customer service is out the window. I respect certain management members. However there are several management team members that need to improve their customer service skills. It's inevitable to the company to do their best.
