Very proactive and smart people who collaborate to get the best results. There is no office politics. People are honest and reliable. It is an amazing feeling knowing you can lean on your team no matter what.

Responsiveness and straightforwardness. Culture is important so they test more on who you are just as much as what you know and can do. The interviews are on time and to the point. The process is not a long and they recognize the value of follow up and initiative.

I've been a leader before. I was a co-founder at a startup and know how hard it is. The Culture and revenue river is what I wish I could have achieved and that starts at the top. Honesty, integrity, practicing what they preach, intelligence and direction. That is what the leadership here has.

The focus on internal development. The company wants you to put you first. Need a mental health day? No problem no stigma. You are able to bring your best self to a task because through company training you know how to prioritize the important in both work and personal life. Makes for happy people.
