The environment at most sites is business casual, but for an interview it's always best to err on the side of overdressed. Sport coat, tie, button down shirt, slacks. Blazer, blouse, skirt or slacks

What does diversity mean to you

Break/company shut down between Christmas and New Years. This will change with the acquisition by UTC though because they are on a Jan-Dec Fiscal year cycle, which is unfortunate. Having to get all the final things for the year done between Christmas and New Years is a recipe for disaster and burnout

Individual contributors and operations staff have good diversity. Management levels, even lower ones, are mostly white males
