I should have stayed at Purdue Pharma
Collins support although good but we are unable tu reveive parts on time. Our aircraft is on hround for more than 2 weeks and yet we have no visibility of the part. Would like to reach out to the Leadership team.
My experience working at Collins has been a great one! I have had many opportunities to continue my education and to move into various roles! It's a great place to work!

Well liked, but lost a lot of credibility when he withheld raises for nearly a year due to difficult time then turned around and purchased BE Aerospace during that same difficult time

Break/company shut down between Christmas and New Years. This will change with the acquisition by UTC though because they are on a Jan-Dec Fiscal year cycle, which is unfortunate. Having to get all the final things for the year done between Christmas and New Years is a recipe for disaster and burnout

Individual contributors and operations staff have good diversity. Management levels, even lower ones, are mostly white males
