This company doesn't value their working. Nothing only is it a company wide issue, it's a store issue as well. The managers love to have their token black employee but continuously treat them like trash. The mistreatment I receive is not okay and I am tired of it. I will be filing a complaint.

The leadership team needs to learn to treat everyone fairly and not single someone out. Not ice someone out after a mistake, or make them feel as if the problems they face at work with customers are insignificant.
