definitely not the worst job in the world. missing a few key benefits that I'd like though, and also they keep pushing for higher and higher expectations and treat work from home as a 'privilege' that has to be earned every month which i don't agree with. Definitely room for improvement.

the people here are great for sure. the policies and practices aren't always the best but the people are awesome.

my benefits are the main issue. SmithRx refuses to cover weight loss medications and the end result is I'm stuck with a $400 monthly bill for compounded GLP-1 medications for weight loss. That, and they /STILL/ don't have a matching 401k.

recent lay offs happened, resulting in a huge spike in how busy we are with phone calls. would've been nice if not as many people were laid off so that we're not as busy and mentally drained as we are now.
