I love the accessibility to leaders and the cross team/leader work we are ramping up to keep up with scale and demand.

I feel I have allowed myself to be stuck in a level and comp package for too long assuming it would be changed and looked deeply into by another person. I do not put that on Stash. I have never been treated as though I am an undervalued employee or team member outside comp.
