What is the best part about your compensation package?
flex pto, even though I dont really take Pto that often, its good to know my company is looking out for me just in case something were to happen

Salaries are great, no matter where you are. We have several health insurance options, all really good. We have 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents and Stash Sparkle holiday (fall break while our kids are at school).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I changed teams this year and the HR partner involved was very helpful with the transition. In the past, my experience with similar situation in other companies.
