It's an open culture where you get to be accepted from who you are. There's a lot of support, people lift each other up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salaries are great, no matter where you are. We have several health insurance options, all really good. We have 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents and Stash Sparkle holiday (fall break while our kids are at school).
