What's the vibe like in the HR dept at Stash? How many hours are you working?

I think we have a pretty good work/life balance. We have scaled by nearly 300% this year, so we are definitely moving fast and grinding hard, but we are having a blast building this org! Our team has an incredible vibe--we are driven, passionate, high-energy and fun. We work really hard, but I'd call us the "cultural center" of Stash as we are always looking for new and innovative ways to grow, support and engage the entire team. Laughter is *highly* encouraged!
