Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Whilst the role was a whirlwind, to begin with, moving into a larger organisation was a lot to take in but with the support from my team, wider teams and leadership I feel I have really found my perfect spot with Stash.

It is a truly inclusive enivronment!

Being challenged, doing something different, and stepping outside of my comfort zone with support from the business.

Really collaborative and engaged, it's easy to go to anyone in the team with problems, questions or help.

Honest communication, complete transparency throughout the business. The leadership team listen and act, taking everyone's view/ opinions into consideration.

Having the room to stretch and grow, Stash allows us to venture into our interests and build our knowledge.

Its constantly evolving and improving, lesdership listen to suggestions and the market to make sure were always striving for excellence.

The collaboration and engagement we have, we don't just talk work. It's great to get to know these people on a personal level.

Super inclusive! We host so many talks and events to learn about other people, their cultures and life experiences its really refreshing to have this open environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's ever-evolving, and we're always taking steps in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in a day, right? The new and improved benefits of healthcare, physically and mentally are fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership team are super transparent. The market is rocky right now and they don't try and sugarcoat or hide this fact, they tell us the truth and have clear, defined routes out of the 'storm'.

The transparency of the leadership team is incredible, we know where we stand as a business and as employees. The leadership team make all efforts to be embedded into the business at all levels, no crazy egos or hierarchy here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Whether it is my team or the wider team, everyone is approachable and enjoyable to work with. Nothing is too big or small for them to help out with. Very welcoming, care about their work, passionate about the business, and whilst working hard have fun!

Knowing that Stash is being run by our leadership team and includes everyone at every level. The team know what success looks like and how to get there. Its innovative, exciting and still remains challenging at all the right places to enable growth, learning and development.
