Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises in the past 2 years have been minimal, it feels like my earnings arent keeping up with the industry, which means the only way to increase comp to what I should be at is by a promo (no opportunity for this currently) or I have to move to a new company.

Review from Engineering Dept

Based on Glassdoor, the national average total pay for my job title is $169K, which is 32% higher than my current total compensation at Stash. I've raised this concern with my manager who advocated for me, but the People Team said salaries are non-negotiable at this time. This feels unacceptable.

Review from Marketing Dept

The workload is high when compared to the compensation. You either need to expand the team or increase the salaries for the employees covering more teams.

I think our base compensation, bonuses, and company equity could be higher. I think there is wiggle room in the Exec Team's bonuses to lose a few % points.

Review from Design Dept

more money, 401k matching, a better bonus program.

Review from Engineering Dept

Based on other companies hiring for the same position, I could make over $25K more elsewhere Favoritism runs rampant and monetary recognition is lacking

Review from Operations Dept

I feel I have allowed myself to be stuck in a level and comp package for too long assuming it would be changed and looked deeply into by another person. I do not put that on Stash. I have never been treated as though I am an undervalued employee or team member outside comp.

Review from Operations Dept

I do think it's low compared to market average.

Review from Engineering Dept

I was stuck in the same spot for way too long and it’s my

Review from Operations Dept

Salary increase relative to the market, better bonuses, 401k match, and promotion to a higher level.

Review from HR Dept

Strict adherence to salary ranges makes it difficult to compensate according to an individual's actual responsibilities (when they take on more than what their title implies)
