The hourly pay is too low as a salon manager and the minimum requirements to hit bonus is so high it is basically impossible so even if your working your butt off you can't hit production bonus unless you work less hours which many girls then choose to do even if it leaves the store understaffed

Pay is horrible, insurance is extremely high. The only way to get a raise is to move up in the company. They don't care how well you do or how long you've been there
