Just make it more positive to work there.

Their attitude needs to improve. Stop bullying behavior.

They need to be less selfish and think in terms of the team and the store and not just their own paycheck . They have to help eachother instead of just doing what they want with no regard of the effects of their action

Working together and not fighting over everything.

Gossip less, be considerate and overall nicer.
