I believe my pay is not just fair but competitive based on previous positions I've had in Tech Support and based on the information my leads and manager have shared with me comparing us to other companies through third-party salary reporting software. The medical benefits are also competitive.

I'm a happy worker when I have the resources to be successful. I am more than willing to put in the work and learn as long as I have the support and the tools necessary to learn. I feel stretched, but never like I'm expected to do the impossible.
