I am never late to work. When I arrive early, I do work that is not assigned to me while off the clock to help out. During the shift, I help out my fellow employees as well as picking up the slack of other jobs that need to be done. Tip out should be based on tips earned, not employee sales.

I've worked for company for 10 plus years. Monetary compensation is decent, but do to labor restraints at my location I'm only allowed between 25 -30 hrs a week. And the people that have multiple identities and make less per hour are allow 40 plus on a consistent basis. I want fair ethical treatment

After i got my injury at my workplace, i felt devalued and they are not concern with my with my oersonal request

If I got 18-20$ and hour for the stuff I put up with. I am consistently reprimanded for leaving at my scheduled time and we are not given mandated breaks for lunch or otherwise. Multiple times, I am scheduled closing and then opening the next day.

Our gas prices are constantly on the rise now in California. And while I make make tips and they refuse to pay me more than minimum wage we are required to tip out a large portion of those numbers every single night. Meanwhile our managers avergae SIX FIGURES. ANd people struggle to get to work.

I never felt appreciated for getting great compliments or anything but others get employee of the month for always being late or calling out. It would be nice to get employee of the month or something.
