What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They avoid hourly employees altogether

Being an actual leader because there are none

They need to focus inthe kitchen! And take came of employers

Everything. Communication is the main thing

Be respectful, be responsible and knows how to handle their people especially worh their problems at work.

Communication, scheduling, favoritism, and helping others.

Communicating. Helping each other. Micro managing. Macro managing. Asking for help. Staying organized.

Communication. We work in a very high stress field but that doesnt give them the right to speak to us out of frustration for us needing them to help and do their jobs. They are also almost impossible to find when you need them.

They need to learn to be professional. As an employee I want to have trust that anything I say to a manager needs to stay between me and them. They like to publicly humiliate there staff to other staff memebers.

I feel like they need to get better at everything. Especially how they treat employees that actually work and never late/callout.

Everything my last location (I've worked at 3) was the worst management i've ever delt with.

They do not take me seriously when it comes to my concerns

Being less biased, stop lying and being unprofessional to scare employees

Management, most locations are poorly ran but management is underpaid in a lot of instances for being there 55 hours a week.

Pay more to retain talent.
