Management, most locations are poorly ran but management is underpaid in a lot of instances for being there 55 hours a week.

Communication. We work in a very high stress field but that doesnt give them the right to speak to us out of frustration for us needing them to help and do their jobs. They are also almost impossible to find when you need them.
