Well where to begin? I feel I'm doing the best and working great as a part of the Cheesecake team. Minimal team work occurs here. Managers absolutely DO NOT hold these particular employees responsible. We need people running drinks instead of standing at the well.

Employees spend a large amount of their time in unproductive ways, such as playing soccer with wads of paper, leaning on counters and talking, taking multiple smoke breaks in short amounts of time, dealing drugs outside the delivery doors, or messing around on phones.
