Ive had some personal issues outside of work and it had been starting to reflect in my work ethic but my peers and managers made me feel supported and they remain honest and true to my productivity and wellness!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers. We meed a whole new manager system.
Managers are unprofessional and disrespectful.
Better management and employees that works and treat all equal.
If management leads by example maybe staff will actually do more with some sense of urgency.
Better managnent (as in their attitude, respect towards staff, fairness, discrete, mannerisms, and disputing favoritism)
They just need to do better like that said that's like planet simple they need to do better like you know it's just not right the way they treat people in the way they made me feel like you spent the entire time making me feel small and making me feel like a was an worth that are wasn't good enough

All management cares about it profit and sales. This makes for a terrible work environment. Managers force sick employees. Servers will get sat four tables at once and instead of offering help, managers ask the server to run food and show tables.

Understand that everyone is trying to do their jobs to the best of their abilities & not get angry when someone doing their job effects what you had planned.
