What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually interview an vet potential candidates properly. My store is literally taking anyone off the street. And putting the in a chef coat.
The interviewer needs to treat everybody equally
to develop peoples attitude specially managers

Not Peer pressure on to us
Not do everything through computers some ppl aren't tech savvy or don't have knowledge
He gave me a time of 11 am for the interview and made me wait for an hour and 30 minutes before even acknowledging me.
