Management is overworked & have lack of passion. They let us know how fed up they are to the point where asking them for assistance has become a burden. Bus boys are NOT team players whatsoever! Management needs to promote team work & hold staff responsible. Favorites are definitely played here!

Management at my location does not follow corporate policies, food-safety, FIFO, or the labeling and time stamping of perishable foods. When the issues are brought to their attention, managers retaliate against those who point out the issues.

We need higher pay, more organization between managers and more resources. If I have to go searching for glassware to get my tables drinks every day, I'm not going to be excited to go to work. I have managers who I ask for help and they tell me to go find a different manager--that shouldn't happen

Budgets are the only thing that matter. Money isn't spent to fix things, buy needed supplies, or on proper staffing. More focus on the guest and less on the numbers. There has to be a balance and it's only lopsided

The kitchen quality has recently gone down and that has caused the guests to complain a lot more and it can be incredibly embarrassing and frustrating when your guest thinks you did something wrong but in reality the kitchen made it wrong or someone ran it to the table wrong but did not care.

The bakery never has enough staff. Working in the bakery has effected some staff members mental health. Shift hours are either too short and we get sent home early or worker have to pull multiple doubles and are left exhausted with a short break or none at all.
