We are a tight-knit highly collaborative unit that is able to work closely together when needed but also independently from one another. We are quick to come to one another's assistance when needed. The talent that Thrivent attracts is excellent.

Promote from within. They continually bring people in from the outside and so even when you earn an education to be promoted and you are put down for trying so hard to be a good employee
