Leadership has no value, they make no decisions and allow employees to swirl before making decisons with unrealistic deadlines, resources and tools.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get rid of middle managers who do nothing but ait On Zoom Meetings all day and spy on peoole. Lowers morale and its a waste of company money.

making decisions. they sit for months on end debating simple choices and then blame employees for taking too long

Executive team needs to be replaced.

Regional leadership is by far the worst I've seen. Home office was a mess as well. Local leadership was a joke.

Leadership needs to make sure team members are paid appropriately or they will keep losing people

Training and promoting within the company

They need to be better at following through with the amazing work life balance and mission that they promote to the community. Wonderful place to work but fake upper management.

Promoting from within instead of bringing in from the outside all the time.
