Get rid of middle managers who do nothing but ait On Zoom Meetings all day and spy on peoole. Lowers morale and its a waste of company money.

making decisions. they sit for months on end debating simple choices and then blame employees for taking too long

Executive team needs to be replaced.

Regional leadership is by far the worst I've seen. Home office was a mess as well. Local leadership was a joke.

Leadership needs to make sure team members are paid appropriately or they will keep losing people

A single grid with comoetative payouts. We get paid like captives but have fees like independent reps.

Overall better total comp is a must to be competetive

they dont use industry standard titles so any salary benchmarking they do is worthless

Salary to cever starting off years. Higher commission. Training without having to split commissions.

some are great; others are just passive agressive minnesotans that think theyre smarter than they are

We dont have neetings, and if we do mert with any management, it is just to talk numbers. Then five different people tell you how to run your business but they all disagree with each other.

Stop stabbing each other in the back

They are cliquey and makes it hard to want to come to work when you are put down all the time.

They need to quit gossiping about each other during work as they think you will not find out

From what i can see, no one really has more than 2 hiura of work to do to most days. Tje reat id the time is spent on Zoom listening to people pray and talk a out how good thwir going to do and recruiting people to make no money.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of professionalism. Old school culture. No leadership or horrible leadership from region down.

Head of communications is spin doctors

Promote from within. They continually bring people in from the outside and so even when you earn an education to be promoted and you are put down for trying so hard to be a good employee

There is no room for growth and when you apply for a different position you are not given the opportunity to interview as they want to hire from outside the company
