I get paid 50 an hour for basically filling out paper work ... that keeps pilling up. Our coversheets have coversheets ... and some sad sap in Japan goes through everything and makes sure everything is perfect. No flexibility ... everyone is miserable.

I once enjoy co-worker interaction, that is until a manager I don't report to told me I couldn't talk to team members below my pay scale. Basically, she didn't want African American females to interact with each other. Extremely uncomfortable situation.

Its the paid honestly and attitudes at a lesser extent. If we got paid better, we would deff be more productive and it be less of a issue when it comes to working and trying to stay at that one company. A billion dollar company shouldn't have blue color workers that get paid less than chic-fil-a...
