What needs to change to make the company culture better?
eliminate the bureaucracy, accelerate pace and demand more from managers
The japanese culture has to be paramount throughout the system
Focus on building leadership traits and promoting the top talent
Payroll continually shorts our check and makes excuses they will take two weeks to get money back if they do get it back but if they overpay takes it back the next day.

Each individual person needs to reset their expectations. No company is perfect, so don't expect this one to be either. All team members need to be involved in something outside of their day-to-day job, this really helps feel connected to the company.
