QUICK RESPONSE TIME AND THE FACT THAT I GOT A JOB

They have a very selective process

That I was being in the view interviewed by individuals who had experience

straight forward, encouraging, engaging, direct

How I was able to be myself without being nervous

I enjoyed how they judged you more on your personality more than your experience. They provided scenarios that have happened, and you need to explain your thought process, actions, the outcome and more as an answer. It really helps get you critically thinking about your experiences.
