Communication would go a long way.

Learn to respect your teammates.

I once enjoy co-worker interaction, that is until a manager I don't report to told me I couldn't talk to team members below my pay scale. Basically, she didn't want African American females to interact with each other. Extremely uncomfortable situation.

Payroll continually shorts our check and makes excuses they will take two weeks to get money back if they do get it back but if they overpay takes it back the next day.

Looks like the company lost the chance to be number 1 in EV race. It is striving because of hybrids now. May be the end is coming too fast.

Repeatedly doing the same things and not adapting new strategies leads to stagnation. Fire the non performing assets. No fear of consequences has led to complacence
