In Compliance Audit Office modern day plantation with white overseers extracting maximum labor from people of color with no hope for upward mobility or even fair compensation in future wages. As a BIPOC employee you start off making less than your white colleagues, a glowing disparity, compounded over time, when you realize you will possibly never be promoted, all while your manager takes credit for your ideas and hard work.
