I get paid 50 an hour for basically filling out paper work ... that keeps pilling up. Our coversheets have coversheets ... and some sad sap in Japan goes through everything and makes sure everything is perfect. No flexibility ... everyone is miserable.

New hires are getting paid more than existing TMs. No effort to move people to mid-point of pay range. Existing people have to settle for a 3-4% annual increase or leave.

A company of this size should offer employees the ability to purchase atock at discounted rates. The company should contribute to student loan repayment. Tuition assistance is rarely because most jobs require you to already have a degree before securing the position. They have to realize this.
