The executive leadership is completely unqualified for their positions. They may have been great when the company was a small startup, but have continued to be promoted well past their ability to lead a company of this size.

Our leadership team is very creative which leads to amazing innovative ideas. On the flip side, I think we all wish they would follow a more traditional compensation model rather than trying to force a square peg in a circle hole year after year.

Leadership needs to be more concerned with the way that policy/procedure changes affect the employee workflow/work experience. Many changes have been made recently that make my job harder/take longer/more effort.

Everything. The put more value on show over substance. They push quality long term employees out if they dare question decisions. They often make rash, rushed decisions to push through products and policies without much thinking. If you don't drink the "culture coolaide" consider your time limited.

Listening to employee feedback and taking action. Learning about what is currently important to employees and potential employees. They work in a silo of their own perception which is just not reality. They need to learn to ask for and receive help from the smart people who work here.

The leadership team dont really care about their employee. They pushed them to work over weekend to deliver. There is no work life balance at Trupanion.

As diverse as Seattle, I was shock all my coworker are white. As a colored woman on the team, I don't feel inclusive as all. This is probably the worst IT company I have ever worked in Seattle.
