U.S. Department of Education Compensation Employee Reviews

¿Cuál es la mejor parte de su paquete de compensación?

It was developed between the company and our workers' union. Before contracts are re-negotiated, workers are able to view and vote if we want to ratify the new contract.

¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

The amount of work, planning, correcting, dealing with discipline, possible active shooter situation, health concerns like Coronavirus and parents all out negative and irresponsible attention to their childs well being are just things off the top of my head. I deserve a retirement plan .
