U.S. Department of Education Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

I guess getting a job.

The HR/admin team who interviewed me were very genuine, polite, patient and friendly. Even though interviews are a serious process, I like how genuinely interested HR was in looking for people to be a part of their team. They were interested in what I had to say in my answers.

When they ask about my skills and my interests

I felt heard by the principal.
