Leadership team seems to be doing their best to listen to feedback, suggestions and concerns from the community. However, their follow-up or action to concerns is shaky, and not always the best quality.

Leading. They just float around the office doing minimal work.
It was developed between the company and our workers' union. Before contracts are re-negotiated, workers are able to view and vote if we want to ratify the new contract.
The amount of work, planning, correcting, dealing with discipline, possible active shooter situation, health concerns like Coronavirus and parents all out negative and irresponsible attention to their childs well being are just things off the top of my head. I deserve a retirement plan .
They want the best for the students and are always looking for creativr and effective ways to educate.
People are overall supportive and helpful of one another. Since we're "all in the same boat," we usually work together to get things done. If someone is struggling, there are always people on the team who are willing to lend a helping hand.

The staff are the ones who make the culture/environment at our workplace positive. People support one another, and our leadership team is also fairly supportive and optimistic.

Our suicidal director. The director has many personal problems and wastes school time dealing with them.
I guess getting a job.
The HR/admin team who interviewed me were very genuine, polite, patient and friendly. Even though interviews are a serious process, I like how genuinely interested HR was in looking for people to be a part of their team. They were interested in what I had to say in my answers.

Working with all types of people, and with large groups of people. It's always interesting and sometimes fun to work with the people I see each day -- we work, but we also have good stories and jokes to share on the side. It makes work all the more enjoyable.
