What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need a new honest and motivated director.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I guess getting a job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading. They just float around the office doing minimal work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our suicidal director. The director has many personal problems and wastes school time dealing with them.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They want the best for the students and are always looking for creativr and effective ways to educate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of work, planning, correcting, dealing with discipline, possible active shooter situation, health concerns like Coronavirus and parents all out negative and irresponsible attention to their childs well being are just things off the top of my head. I deserve a retirement plan .
