This is a tough one. So many mixed emotions on this.

Everything is starting to feel disconnected and not united. Everyone is against everyone else and despite best efforts teamwork is going downhill

They seem to be friendly people but I don't really have much contact with them other than the occasional update email and seeing them on Town Hall.

The people below a certain management level who seem to have banded together to try and make the best of things. Everyone is all in the same boat and are just trying to make it through while keeping our jobs and sanity.
Revisión
Most of us work extremely well together while others have their desires of how they want things and are condescending and rude when their thoughts and ideas are challenged and not aligned. This makes departmental planning difficult as there is never one clear united goal.

They make valiant efforts to try to impart the USLS vision, although it does not speak the language of those beneath them and comes across as confusion and muddled. They seem personable on screen however make no real efforts to really get to know anyone outside of the executive team circle.
Revisión
The work/life balance remains to be skewed. The expectation that certain levels must always make themselves available is unrealistic and not healthy. The result of that is work suffers. While those at higher paid levels tend to "walk away" at the end of the day with no cares in the world.
Revisión
Expectations are high, the dynamics of the team has changed and not for the better. Some who are supposed to be equals treat others as if they are beneath them and have no input, fail to make themselves available and expect all things to be handled by others. Improvement - don't walk on people.
