Higher compensation to reflect skill set

I've been in this industry for over 12 years and requested what the average person with my experience should receive and it was denied. On top of that, salary workers received below-average merit increases. However, I LOVE what I do and the people I work with but I'm not receiving what I deserve.

Merits are minimal and does not help with the cost of living continuously rising. Good and loyal employees are eventually going to look for work with other companies that pay better.

I think the customer service team invented the word "teamwork" - there is always an effort to help out your fellow colleague and move the company forward, even if your name isn't on the order. A rising tide lifts all boats!
