U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

My experience with individual supervisors and management has always been great, but pay should be better. It is frustrating to see President's Club trips while being told there is no raise in the budget, or only a small cost of living adjustment, for an excellent employee after years of service.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting honest and constructive positive feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management is very understanding about call offs for illness or childcare, and this flexibility allows us to have real lives and be present for our families outside work. They also keep the team engaged, even remotely, with meetings and events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the customer service team invented the word "teamwork" - there is always an effort to help out your fellow colleague and move the company forward, even if your name isn't on the order. A rising tide lifts all boats!
