What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is creative in their approach, focus' on client satisfaction and retention but does not lose sight of the employee and their needs. They are open and transparent.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company provides a variety of medical coverage options plus additional supplementary coverages as well to include your pets. They cover the whole families needs.

The salary, bonus potential and medical benefits are the strongest value to me 401k match could be higher. Timeframe for add'l vacation time is long (10 years of service) Amount of days is low (trying to be positive) but most people I know at other companies have substantially more vacation time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market or on the lower end. From what I've seen, this is a reason why people leave. Management, coworkers, and company environment is good. Leadership is also engaged. I would encourage periodic salary review to make sure salary in line with the market.

The team is dedicated, cares for our clients and company and works hard daily to achieve the goals set. The employees here truly care about the success of the company; its not just a job to them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company respects the employees time and believes in work home life balance. There is great teamwork and collaboration between departments which drives results.

What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility of the work / home life balance is great! Many departments have a hybrid schedule allowing staff to work from home reducing commuting time as well as commuting costs.
