U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide,
all-inclusive litigation support company.
Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records.

I've learned a lot and have been afforded great opportunities to grow. The company is evolving and improving every year. This year Meeting-Free Wednesday has been a lifesaver, and I'm really happy with my team and leaders.

USLS has afforded me multiple opportunities to grow. I've been lucky to work with a few leaders who are willing to coach and mentor me. I think if we all focus on coaching and mentoring from the top, down, then we will be able to retain more staff.

The ability to collaborate with other leaders and coach my managers to help grow and motivate the staff.

Working with amazing, passionate people who care about the company's success. And being able to learn from leadership and have mentors.

It's great that they hold town halls to share important information with the team. This helps keep everyone informed and engaged in the company's goals and objectives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Involved CEO sends motivating emails. Fun events like dueling pianos and magician, etc. Company sends gift cards to include remote workers in the in-office events
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary, bonus potential and medical benefits are the strongest value to me 401k match could be higher. Timeframe for add'l vacation time is long (10 years of service) Amount of days is low (trying to be positive) but most people I know at other companies have substantially more vacation time
