Communication is lacking from leadership teams. The DEI initiatives are only performative. Often time decisions are made that impact employees (and don't impact customers) without input from employees and rolled out without much thought/consideration of how exactly it impacts employees.

They need to reinstall the flexible first work from home policy. Forcing us to come into the office on a regular basis provides no value and has significantly hurt job satisfaction and work-life balance. It is not only short-sighted, but it is causing good employees to leave, and hurting recruiting.
