How are the career growth opportunities on the Admin team at VXI Global Solutions?
VXI is proud of our employees and are always looking at ways to help our teams develop, learn and grow. We have many training initiatives such as our 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Rising Star Silver program to develop a foundation of authentic leadership in our employees. We are proud to have so many amazing Team Leaders, Managers and Site Directors across all our programs in the US that continue to be promoted from within.
How can we have a less hostile work environment which embraces older employees, and celebrates what everyone brings to the work environment to make it successful!

We equip our team with the skills to offer the very best support to our clients and customers in an engaging environment.
