There is a sense of gloom with the recent AT&T merger and so everyone is extra paranoid about their jobs. The folks from Turner pretend to be the boss of all. It is a very toxic environment.

We need more action taken from meetings, follow ups etc. So we aren't being redundant. Processes could be more efficient.
