Good company but longevity of it is concerning - people leaving/giving notice on a daily basis, future uncertain - makes it hard to want to stay. Perks/benefits need to be better to compensate.

My experience has been good but I was disappointed I wasn't able to participate in the company picnic and team outings because I am not vaccinated. The CDC has stated the vaccine doesn't stop you from getting the virus...or spreading it I am not sure why the company requires it.

My overall experience has been the best, primarily because of the leadership team. I joined because of the leadership style my boss would have. He was welcoming to help me learn and grow in my skill and craft. I have loved having a team with people that are positive and excited about the work.

They need to offer better clarity on where they plan to take the company, provide better communication instead of just expecting people to blindly execute on projects every quarter which get prioritized or de-prioritized without justification as to why. Better compensation and work-time balance too

Encourage thoughtful, complete project planning with realistic timeframes. Too often projects are rushed without proper planning, which overcomplicates deliverables, wastes a lot of peoples' time, and forces long work hours (and burn out) in a sense of urgency.

Compensation is not at par with market or ither tech companies. Increase compensation as well as provide stipend benefits (wifi allowance, quarterly office supplies, etc).

Everyone is energetic to see the company's progress towards the turnkey solutions. There are meetings weekly where we get a progress report on the company and have an open forum to ask any questions with the executive team . The environment is welcoming, inviting and focused on the task ahead.

could the company take care about the team atmosphere better? In big team meeting, I always feel the pressure and angry atmosphere, which makes teammates sad and not that motivated in a good way. Could the company assign a HR (atmosphere) to some teams that miss their recruiters during the pandemic?
