Compensation is not at par with market or ither tech companies. Increase compensation as well as provide stipend benefits (wifi allowance, quarterly office supplies, etc).

New hires in the company get not only drastically more RSU but even higher base salary than someone like me who's been with the company for a while. Multiple managers departure left my contribution un-recognized. Promo and raise are stingy.
