Very flat organization, free information sharing, considerate co-workers
Review from Product Dept
I think they care about the employees and what they need/how they feel.
Review from Marketing Dept
I love company culture. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and tries to help one another. I've never experienced that in another company.
Review from Product Dept
The culture recently changed, and I can't say enough good things about our dynamic. You are encouraged to take time off, and they really support mental health. Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a hand.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Everyone is energetic to see the company's progress towards the turnkey solutions. There are meetings weekly where we get a progress report on the company and have an open forum to ask any questions with the executive team . The environment is welcoming, inviting and focused on the task ahead.
Review from Finance Dept
the people, my actual peers and coworkers
Review from Product Dept
Engineers are encouraged to contribute and make impacts.
Review from Engineering Dept
The people on my team and manager have always been the biggest supportive.
Review from Design Dept
Openness from leadership and ability to ask questions.
Review from Finance Dept
A lot to learn and grow in the company
Review from Engineering Dept
The company allows employees to work from home and in flexible hours.
Review from Engineering Dept
The new CEO has brought a positive energy making individuals feel like people vs unknown machines. He is creating a warm and friendly culture with empathy and care
Review from Legal Dept
People are willing to help each other and communication is great.
Review from Engineering Dept
Talented people, everyone is passionate about what he/she is doing
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone left is commited to turnaround the company
Review from Engineering Dept
ICs and managers are friendly, supportive, and respectful of personal commitments and general well-being
Review from Product Dept
The people are great to talk to, and it is easy to collaborate across departments
Review from Product Dept
the company leaders are open to questions and they do everything to take care of the employees. Most specifically with the situations in Shanghai, the company went above and beyond to help out.
Review from Operations Dept
the people and how friendly everyone wants to collaborate together
Review from HR Dept
The newfound transparency, the willingness of exec leadership to listen and their sincerity in turning that listening into action
Review from Product Dept
Hire based on technical skills and how the person could make a positive impact to company culture. It seems like a decent part of existing employees are only here because of the compensation, with little motivation for helping the company or making friends with coworkers.
Review from Engineering Dept
The leadership team, including the CEO and the head of HR.
Review from Operations Dept
More transparency moving forward would be great
Review from Operations Dept
What culture? This company has no identity.
Review from HR Dept
could the company take care about the team atmosphere better? In big team meeting, I always feel the pressure and angry atmosphere, which makes teammates sad and not that motivated in a good way. Could the company assign a HR (atmosphere) to some teams that miss their recruiters during the pandemic?
Review from Operations Dept
have a value system to get a culture
Review from Engineering Dept
Well, having one for starters. This company has the least amount of culture at any I've been exposed to (5+ startups in the past decade). Core values are a good start. Take those into hiring practices. Then the right people with the right values can help instill culture organically.
Review from HR Dept
get a real head of HR, invest in employee development, ensure clear, consistent communication, stop jerking employees around by moving company meetings and selectively answering questions, hold leaders accountable for the performance of their team, stop feeding the collective engineering Ego. =pay
PM-driven culture if we really want to get things done.
