Review from Product Dept

My team! I love working my team and collaborate.

Review from Operations Dept

my team and the motivation to work on projects

Review from HR Dept

Knowing I can make a difference.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lots of hurdles in daily work making progress feel slow - 50% of my day as an IC eng is meetings, then working with lots of people who have just recently taken on ownership of new domains cus of departures, plus general shortage of resources

Review from Engineering Dept

Not enough communication accross teams. More engineering resources distributed fairly. Eliminate product management team and increase engineering.

Review from Legal Dept

Company's trust with customer and merchants. Workforce's morale.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pressure from tight project timeline

Review from Engineering Dept

Company future is very uncertain

Review from Engineering Dept

The leadership lacks vision and to the general public it looks like a company going down as a business. Morale is also in the gutter as leadership does nothing to retain good talent

Review from Product Dept

My team leadership is severely lacking in delivering on transparency and there is not a coherent vision for how to accomplish our goals. There's too many conflicting ideas that lead to very circular outcomes due to management being indecisive.

Review from Product Dept

People are spread thin. Thoughtful project planning with realistic time frames would allow for efficient, smarter work; more effective outcomes; happier employees. Some company 401k match would raise benefits/perks from good to exceptional. Website/app desperately in need of redesign.

Review from Business Development Dept

I struggle to see the impact or importance of my role and my tasks. As well, I feel we are lacking in terms of employee diversity on the technical side.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stock price is going down and there is no sight of turning things around

Review from Engineering Dept

More perks to help out employee that is working from home.

Review from Business Development Dept

Better transparency about company updates

Review from Marketing Dept

There is no mature leadership. Many PMs are not experienced. Many teams have no clear roadmap. We just keep people "busy"

Review from Design Dept

Prioritization and clarity about strategy. Activity is not the same as progress. To improve here, there needs to be clarity on Wish's unique value proposition and the strategy to get there. Each manager needs to filter out work their team is doing that doesn't support that strategy.

Review from Finance Dept

nothing is going wrong. It is just we do not work in the office.

Review from Engineering Dept

young people are being leads, no experience as a leader or this is their first job, this shows immaturity and non healthy competition

Review from Design Dept

Company is owned by a single guy who has no idea what to do.

Review from Operations Dept

No room for development Fear that you might loose your job at any time Not flexibility on work hours

Review from Business Development Dept

I typically work from home and this doesn't help. Not having colleagues to interact with in my same timezone doesn't help either. If I were in San Francisco or I could at least go to the shared office again, it would change my everyday enthusiasm.

Review from Marketing Dept

Overworked team, we need more people to be able to really hit all the goals.
