They need to offer better clarity on where they plan to take the company, provide better communication instead of just expecting people to blindly execute on projects every quarter which get prioritized or de-prioritized without justification as to why. Better compensation and work-time balance too

Encourage thoughtful, complete project planning with realistic timeframes. Too often projects are rushed without proper planning, which overcomplicates deliverables, wastes a lot of peoples' time, and forces long work hours (and burn out) in a sense of urgency.

Everyone is energetic to see the company's progress towards the turnkey solutions. There are meetings weekly where we get a progress report on the company and have an open forum to ask any questions with the executive team . The environment is welcoming, inviting and focused on the task ahead.

Hire based on technical skills and how the person could make a positive impact to company culture. It seems like a decent part of existing employees are only here because of the compensation, with little motivation for helping the company or making friends with coworkers.

could the company take care about the team atmosphere better? In big team meeting, I always feel the pressure and angry atmosphere, which makes teammates sad and not that motivated in a good way. Could the company assign a HR (atmosphere) to some teams that miss their recruiters during the pandemic?

Lots of hurdles in daily work making progress feel slow - 50% of my day as an IC eng is meetings, then working with lots of people who have just recently taken on ownership of new domains cus of departures, plus general shortage of resources
