My experience has been good but I was disappointed I wasn't able to participate in the company picnic and team outings because I am not vaccinated. The CDC has stated the vaccine doesn't stop you from getting the virus...or spreading it I am not sure why the company requires it.

Full medical for myself and my spouse.

Communication and visibility. They are also open to answering very hard questions.

I think they care about the employees and what they need/how they feel.

They are always willing to help out. If they don't have an answer they find someone who does.

My manager trusts me to get my work done. The stakeholders communicate their needs and are appreciative of my work.
