Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our stock price decreased a lot. Consequently our total compensation is WAY lower that it was 6-8 mo ago

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no mature leadership. Many PMs are not experienced. Many teams have no clear roadmap. We just keep people "busy"
